— What you will live through

Thirteen hours of practice,
in three sessions.

An intensive experience that uses the tools of acting to explore your body, your voice, your emotions, and the way you stand in relation to others. Not simply an acting class — a living exploration of the self.

  • PresenceBeing fully in the present moment.
  • AwarenessObserving what is happening within you.
  • BodyExploring movement and energy.
  • VoiceFreeing and affirming your expression.
  • EmotionsWelcoming and expressing what you feel.
  • ImprovisationRecovering spontaneity and creativity.
  • Play & rolesTrying on other ways of being.
  • IntegrationLeaving with concrete realisations.
— Who it is for

Actors, beginners, and anyone who wishes to know themselves better and to gain presence and freedom of expression.

No acting experience is required.

— What it is not
